This sustainable and customizable poke restaurant serves up healthy raw food bowls. The two owners are extremely particular with where they source their ingredients. They even go the length of visiting some of their manufacturing facilities and plants. This Mexican chain serves up made to order burritos, bowls, and tacos with a full service bar. When handling allergens they are extremely careful, changing gloves, swapping utensils, taking ingredients from underneath the line, and putting it in a separate labeled bag for you. This Chicago style hot dog joint in the heart of downtown serves up gluten free buns, vegan dogs, and delicious chili cheese fries. They are a nut free facility and have a dedicated fryer for the potatoes. They can clean down the grill upon request for the vegan dog and the gluten free buns are individually packaged and warmed in a steamer.

This local BBQ restaurant in a rustic – chic hotel setting lets the meat speak for itself. They don’t add much to the meat because the smoking process is that good! Besides being nut free they also have gluten free bread available for sandwiches.
