Terms of Use

 These MyMeal Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) apply to your access to or use of the MyMeal websites, mobile sites, and applications (collectively, the “MyMeal Sites”) and the content, features, and services (the “Services”) made available by MyMeal.

In this Agreement, “MyMeal,” “we,” and “our” mean the MyMeal company that is providing the Services to you, and with whom you are entering into this Agreement, which depends on the country in which you reside. The terms “User” and “you” mean any user of the Services. This Agreement incorporates MyMeal’s standard policies, procedures, and terms and conditions for use of the Services that are referenced by name or by links in this Agreement (collectively, the “MyMeal Policies”).

Our Services constitute a guide. We are not responsible for mistakes that restaurants make. While the information provided on the MyMeal platform is based on information provided to our partner restaurants from food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers, different products can be ordered, and menu items/ processes can change. By using our platform, you recognize that MyMeal and any associated partner restaurants cannot guarantee anything. It is your responsibility to always make sure the staff is aware of your allergy and the level of severity. 

The MyMeal platform is intended only to help guide menu selections, not as medical or nutritional advice. Each individual is responsible, in cooperation with his or her physician, dietitian or other health consultant, for making personal dietary decisions.

The restaurants on our platform are by no means suggestions from MyMeal. Our Services merely provide a resource to give you detailed information so that you can determine, for yourself, whether that kitchen will be safe for you and your needs.

By accessing or using the Services, (1) you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, and (2) you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and not prohibited by law from accessing or using the Services (including, if applicable, purchasing, giving, using, or redeeming any MyMeal Gift Card or Merchant Gift Card (as such terms are defined herein)). THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AN ARBITRATION PROVISION CONTAINING A CLASS ACTION WAIVER APPLICABLE TO USERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING ITS POSSESSIONS AND TERRITORIES), CANADA AND MEXICO. To access or use our website, you must be at least 18 years old and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these terms. You may not access or use the website if we have previously banned you from the website or closed your account. We grant you permission to use the Site subject to the restrictions in these terms. Your use of our website is at your own risk.

MyMeal may update or revise this Agreement (including any MyMeal Policies) from time to time. We may notify you of such updates or revisions by email, regular mail, text message/SMS, or communications through our website. You agree that you will review this Agreement periodically. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must terminate your use of the Services, in which case you will no longer have access to your Account (as defined below). Except as otherwise expressly stated by MyMeal, any use of the Services is subject to the version of this Agreement in effect at the time of use.
